Fearns Leeds, situated on Leeds Dock, Fearns is a versatile cool and contemporary event space, available to hire for up to 500 guests. 

Fearns offers an exceptional bistro, bar & lounge and outdoor decking area. Our venue is the perfect backdrop for Corporate events, Weddings, Christmas parties, Sit-down dinners, Networking events, Exhibitions, Markets, Birthday celebrations and Special occasion parties.

Our events space is accessible by car, boat (water taxi) or a 15 minute walk from Leeds city centre. Our venue is located underneath Department Leeds Dock which also has meeting rooms, a cinema and hot-desk day passes available.


Our expert events team can also work with you to curate a bespoke event with food, drinks, music and venue dressing. We work with you so you have your party, your way. Choose from our unique semi-private spaces, or full venue hire - all available on a minimum spend basis.

From intimate meals to 3-Course menus, our bright and spacious Bistro area is available to hire for up to 90 guests for sit down dining. The space can be hired either on a semi-private basis, or as part of a full venue hire.
