Why Hire Fearns?

Located on Leeds Dock, Fearns is a versatile event space and venue hire destination in Leeds, available for up to 500 guests.

Designed to adapt to every occasion, our contemporary restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace are ideal for weddings, baby showers, birthday celebrations, Christmas parties and private events. The space also provides a distinctive setting for corporate events, networking evenings, exhibitions, markets and brand activations.

Whether you're planning a business event, drinks reception or private celebration, our experienced events team will work with you to create a bespoke package with food, drinks, entertainment and venue styling. Choose from our semi-private spaces or hire the full venue, all available on a minimum spend basis.

Getting Here

Fearns is easily accessible by car, water taxi or a 15-minute walk from Leeds city centre. Located beneath Department Leeds Dock, our venue is perfectly placed for business events, with meeting rooms, coworking space and a cinema just upstairs.

Bistro

From intimate meals to 3-Course menus, our bright and spacious Bistro area is available to hire for up to 90 guests for sit down dining. The space can be hired either on a semi-private basis, or as part of a full venue hire.
